The sites support structure has been improved making it easier to find the information required. All supporting material has been moved to a new support area accessible with a single login.


There are clear sections for manuals, data sheets, software & application guides that are simple to navigate. Existing log on information has been moved to the new area so re-registration is not required. VESDA ASPIRE Design Assistance

If you are new to the VESDA detection product it may seem daunting at first. How do you start to design a system? What detectors do you require? What are the design limitations of each detector?

We're here to help! We offer a free ASPIRE design service to all of our customers. Email a copy of any project drawings & specifications to our sales team & they will produce a full system design with ASPIRE calcs, material take off and Installation Data Pack for you. A complete equipment schedule with costs for all required parts will be returned with your project documentation.


Users of the ASPIRE software can receive help & assistance if required. Call one of our sales team on 0113 2900325 and they will assist over the telephone. Don't forget that the ASPIRE user manuals and design guides are available for download from the support area too.

VESDA Delivery

Wholesale delivery costs have been revised to reduce order costs. Two delivery options are now available:


Small Items: Includes all spares, remote modules and pipe fittings - usually supplied on a next day delivery. Delivery is free for wholesale orders*.


Large Items: Includes all Detectors, Power Supplies & 3m Pipe Lengths - usually supplied on a next day delivery. Delivery is free for wholesale orders*.


NOTE: Delivery costs are for standard courier delivery only. Large orders may be shipped by Freight & will be quoted individually.

* Contact us for full delivery costs & information. Single items & small orders may incur a small charge.

VESDA Sales & Returns

Upon receipt of any order a Sales Order Confirmation is ALWAYS sent by return. The Sales Order details all of the items on your order and provides delivery information and dates. It also assures you that your order has been received.


An email confirmation will be sent when an order has been picked and processed for shipping and another sent once the order has actually shipped.


When the order has been delivered, a Proof Of Delivery confirmation will be emailed with details of the delivery time and the name of the recipient who signed for the delivery.


If an item needs to be returned for any reason, contact us for a Return Material Authority number. If the products are unopened and in a re-saleable condition, your account will be credited in full. There may be a re-stocking & handling charge if the products are not re-saleable.


All of the products we supply are supplied with a 24 month warranty. If you believe your item is faulty, please call our support department first on 0845 6860470. Over 90% of reported faults are found to be rectifiable on site. If your issue cannot be resolved, we will provide an RMA number for the return of your item and may even be able to ship you an advance replacement product.
