The New Generation VESDA Detector
The VESDA-E VEP is the latest model in the new generation of VESDA detectors. It is a direct replacement for the Vesda LaserPLUS (VLP) detector. VEP includes many new features that improve on the VLP and incorporates current advancements in technology.
The new VEP Detector was launched on the 22nd March 2016 in a joint event by Ventec Systems Ltd & Xtralis in Leeds UK.

iVesda is available for both iPad and Android tablets and is available as a free download from the iTunes and Google App Stores.
The VESDA VEP is supplied with built in WiFi and VESDA Connect.
VESDA Connect provides flexible networking and programming capabilities that reduce installation, commissioning, monitoring and maintenance costs through extensive connectivity options and remote diagnostics tools including Ethernet, WiFi, USB, VESDAnet and Relays.
The Xtralis PC Link HLI interface is no longer required for programming. Adding a VESDA-E VEP to an existing VesdaNET network allows the programming of existing detectors by utilising VEP VESDA Connect.
